business.\">Technology page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"installation\">Installation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Download the latest version of Peeza for your operating system from the <a href=\"https:\/\/slice.peeza.app\/download\/\" title=\"Downloads\">Download page<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">macOS 10+<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the downloaded .dmg file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drag the Peeza icon into the Application folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Windows 10+<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Run the downloaded .msi installer and follow the on-screen instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Linux<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TO DO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"connect\">Connecting to your account<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peeza uses standard social login providers to create your account securely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launch Peeza.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose your preferred social login provider.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your default browser will open\u2014follow the login instructions provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once authenticated, Peeza will launch automatically and you will be connected.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"send-files\">Sending files<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparing files for transfer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Drag and drop the files you wish to send into the Peeza window.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The files will be packaged for optimal security and performance.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Packaging time may vary based on file size and the speed of your internal storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure you have enough free storage to accommodate at least the full size of the files being transferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sharing files<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once packaging is complete, click the <strong>Share<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy the generated link and send it to your recipient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The transfer will begin once the recipient accepts the link.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your computer and the Peeza app must remain active during the transfer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Note:<\/strong> Share links expire after they are accepted by the recipient.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"receive-files\">Receiving files<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Accepting transfers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the link you received from the sender.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A browser window will open, prompting you to open the link with the Peeza app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peeza will launch and prompt you to accept the incoming transfer.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your computer and the Peeza app must remain active until the transfer is complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saving files<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once the transfer is finished, click the <strong>Save<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The files will be unpacked and saved to your selected destination folder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may now safely delete the transfer, or optionally share it with someone else.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"free-space\">Managing local storage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deleting completed transfers<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To delete a completed transfer, click the <strong>[X]<\/strong> icon on the transfer card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will not affect the saved files in your destination folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cleanup<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click the <strong>trash can<\/strong> icon at the top right of the transfer list to clean up completed, unpacked, cancelled, or aborted transfers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This also does not affect saved files in your selected folder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"disconnect\">Disconnecting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To disconnect your device from your Peeza account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the <strong>Account menu<\/strong> and select <strong>Disconnect<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This will remove all transfers and temporary data from your device.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"updates\">Updates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be prompted to install software updates. Updates are installed upon next restart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"uninstall\">Uninstalling Peeza<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">macOS<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delete the application from your system: \/Applications\/Peeza.app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove the application support files: ~\/Library\/Application Support\/Peeza<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Windows<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>Add or Remove Programs<\/strong> from the Start menu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate <strong>Peeza<\/strong> in the list, select it, and click <strong>Uninstall<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Optionally, delete residual data at: C:\\Users\\YourUsername\\AppData\\Local\\Peeza<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Linux<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove the Peeza application using your package manager (if applicable).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete the configuration and data files from your home directory (location may vary depending on your setup).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deleting your account (All platforms)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To permanently delete your Peeza account:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visit: <a href=\"https:\/\/peeza.app\/account\/devices\">peeza.app\/account\/devices<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disconnect all associated devices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Peeza does not store any personal information; once your devices are disconnected, all account data is removed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learn More<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more information about Peeza\u2019s underlying technology and how your data is handled, visit: <a href=\"https:\/\/peeza.app\/technology\">peeza.dev\/technology<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Peeza is available for Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems.
